How do I check the status of my order?
Please have your order number available and click here. Then enter your order number and the e-mail address you used when you placed the order. All VibrantSound.com order numbers start with VS. For example, VS100. Amazon order numbers begin with 058. For example 058-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx and must be in that format. Alibris order numbers begin with a number and have a dash as the second to last character. eBay, Half, and NetSounds order numbers are digits only. MusicStack order numbers always begin with MS. For example MSXXXXXXX.

I cannot find my order number. How do I check the status of my order?
Please have the e-mail address you used to place the order available and click here. Enter your e-mail address and click submit. All of your order numbers associated with that e-mail address you entered will be e-mailed to that e-mail address.

My order is backordered. How do I cancel it?
Please have your order number available and click here. Then enter your order number and the e-mail address you used to place the order. In the customer order display, please click on the link to request cancellation of your backordered item(s). You must request cancellation of each item separately if you have ordered more than one item.

When will my order ship?
Your order is submitted to one of our warehouses for fulfillment. In stock items usually ship by the end of the next business day. Backordered items ship as they arrive in stock. Many backordered items arrive within a few weeks, while some items may take one to three months, and, in some rare cases, may not arrive at all. If VibrantSound.com is unable to obtain an item for your order, we will refund you for it with our apologies in about 90 days. We attempt to obtain items for 90 days as a standard. Many customers wonder why it takes such a long time to receive items. Not all items are stocked, but are listed when labels indicate that an item is available. However, sometimes labels only press items when there is sufficient demand. This is often the case with Japanese pressings.

I am looking for a particular item. How can I find it?
Use our quick search page to find items quickly. You can search by artist, title, or UPC number. When searching by artist, enter the artist's last name (or partial last name) only and avoid apostrophes. When searching by title, enter a partial title and avoid apostrophes.

Can I pick up my order at your office?
VibrantSound.com's presence is online and we ship items from California, Florida, and Australia. However, we do not have retail facilities to browse items or pick items up. All items are shipped from one of our warehouses.

I have a charge on my credit card from PayWay.com. What is that?
When you order from any of the venues in which VibrantSound.com participates (with the exception of Alibris, Amazon, Half, and eBay) and you've purchased with a credit card, a charge will appear on your credit card statement from PayWay.com. PayWay.com is our charge processor. You can direct any inquiries about VibrantSound.com orders to 1-866-876-8637 and any PayWay.com inquries to 1-888-729-9291.

VibrantSound.com strives to bring you an extensive catalog and searching it can be daunting. We recommend that you search for an item on our quick search page, and, once you find the item that you're seeking, click on the UPC hyperlink, and then click on the "Buy this item using a credit card" link which automatically adds the item to your cart, and then go back to our quick search page to find and add more items. Because the items that you add to your shopping cart are saved, you can always go back to the quick search page to find, and add, more items to your shopping cart at any time.
